On our 3rd day, we went back to Laoag to start our tour, c/o Mang Cely.

The guard even said that if only we arrived early, we could have joined a group tour, but that was 10am,

So we decided to go straight to the Baluarte

Now we are heading towards Calle Crisologo. You will many of this houses along the way.
Some were deteriorating, so sad.
Wasn't able to enter the church as we were so excited going to Calle Crisologo.

Travel time from Laoag to Vigan is another solid 2hr drive. Tomorrow, we will check out the places near our hotel Balay da Blas!
