I was able to come across a forum that tackled all the needed info before going to Puerto Galera. The forum is so informative: it ranges from which beach to go for those with very tight budget, best place to snorkel and dive, transpo charges (which tells whether the charge is very high) and most of all, how to haggle! Contact information of beaches are also there (which i saved so that i can easily access them).
