Where do I find a not-so-high-priced couturier/mananahi/gownmaker?

So for this part 2, I can say that I can relate to those looking for one, as I am one of those brides-on-a-budget. Here are the top 3 answers:

My gownmaker! Syempre, support your own, di ba? =) Got this from another w@wie who got married last 2006 pa. She currently charges 1,500 per entourage gown. As for the wedding gown, it depends na on the material & design.

A superb gown maker from Malabon. His place may be too far-off, pero after seeing his work & prices, dadayuhin mo syang talaga.

Now I need to put a disclaimer here, as ito madalas ang nae-experience ng Divi clients: you have to make sure to communicate with them what you want, and busisiin nyong maigi ang kanilang works. Isa pa is to give them an early date, dahil madalas na either late or di pa tapos ang gawa nila. In short, book them at your own risk. HIndi man sila lahat ganun, pero you just have to make sure on the delivery. Ol' righty?
